Although the wealth of the Italian cultural heritage permits to enjoy everywhere countless treasures of art, evidence of past eras, Italy is not just monuments and history.

Every corner of the country, in fact, offers endless possibilities for fun and relaxation.
For lovers of good cooking it offers delicious food and wine routes to discover the techniques of wine production directly in the cellars, of oil, cheese and pasta production and of all those products that make Italy famous all over the world. Wine tasting on site and stops at taverns or “fraschette” (typical taverns widespread in parts of Lazio) will allow you to taste the authentic dishes of our land.

If you wish, you can also challenge yourselves in the preparation of local dishes (pizza, pasta, cakes, jams, preserves, etc..), under  the guidance of professional chefs who will lead you through a sensory journey, starting with the selection of products at the local fruit and vegetable markets ,  to the creation of the dish and the wine pairing. The short course ends with a lunch (or dinner) based on your own creations.

The privileged geographical shape of the peninsula, which has a great variety of different landscapes even within a few kilometers, allows athletes to practice many different activities:

from winter sports in popular ski resorts, to hiking on mountain trails and in the shade of thick forests during the summer, jogging and mountain biking on the hills and valleys, swimming, diving and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea or in the numerous lakes and rivers where, among other things, you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, sailing, rafting, windsurfing, skysurf, kitesurfing.
The more adventurous can try their hand at rock-climbing or paragliding and, for flight lovers, it is possible to fly over scenic areas by helicopter or microlight.

Moreover, especially designated and equipped areas give the chance to practice other sports, such as cycling, horse riding, golf, miniature golf, etc..

On the other hand, for those who love quieter activities, we offer pleasant walks in the numerous typical villages where you can discover new corners every time and you can come into contact with the local reality; one can also easily do some shopping thanks to the many craft shops besides the great trendy shops; or one can spend relaxing moments to strengthen body and mind in the many SPA and Wellness centers available in various places, thanks to the widespread presence of the thermal waters;

experience fishing, spending an exciting and enjoyable day on board a fishing boat, in contact with real “seamen” who will show you the basics of fishing and will prepare for you simple dishes cooked with freshly caught fish.
For the “night owls”, cinemas, theaters and nightclubs are available for the evenings and nights and, during the summer, the offer increases with the opening of outdoor nightclubs, fares, religious and cultural shows, concerts under the stars, festivals and historical fares.
